Alliant Insurance Services Expands Benefits Team with Addition of Brandon Ward

Brandon Ward has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. In this role, he will partner with employers to develop workforce and benefits solutions that support organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and align with long-term business objectives.

His experience spans human capital management, employee benefits, total rewards consulting, executive and board-level advisory services, and talent attraction and retention planning. He also has significant experience supporting multi-state employers through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, and mergers and acquisitions, helping leadership teams align workforce priorities with evolving business needs.
